Return and refund policy

You can make a return for any reason within 15 days from the receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher or a direct refund with the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Items must be returned with the warranty certificate 
• Returned items must not show any damage compared to the original conditions

To initiate a return, simply send an email to info@emporiumart.com specifying the following data:

• Description and date of receipt of the item
• Billing data and shipping data of the item
• Refund methods

Further information:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Lost or damaged returns during return shipping will not be refunded
