Returns and refunds policy
You can make a return for any reason within 15 days of receiving the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher or a direct refund with the original payment method.
We ask that you take note of the following exceptions to our returns policy:
- Items must be returned with the warranty card
- Returned items must have no damage of any kind compared to the original condition
To initiate a return simply send an email to info@emporiumart.com spec verifying the following data:
- Description and date of receipt of item
- Invoicing information and shipping information of the item
- Refund method

- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
- Returns lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded
