All national and international shipments are made via DHL courier.

The shipment of the goods generally takes place from 1 to 2 working days from the order placement. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

The delivery of the goods takes place

- in Italy from 1 to 2 working days from shipment.

- in Europe 3 to 5 working days.

- in the rest of the world from 5 to 10 working days.

To know the exact amount of shipping costs to be paid, simply add the products to the cart. Before confirming the payment, the shipping costs will be displayed, which vary based on the package weight and the destination country.

You can make a return for any reason within 15 days from the receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher or a direct refund with the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Items must be returned with the warranty certificate 
• Returned items must not show any damage compared to the original conditions

• Billing data and shipping data of the item
• Refund methods
