All national and international shipments are made via DHL courier.

The shipment of goods generally takes place 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders made over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

The delivery of the goods takes place

- in Italy from 1 to 2 working days from shipment.

- in Europe 3 to 5 working days.

- in the rest of the world from 5 to 10 business days.

To know the exact amount of shipping costs to be paid, simply add the products to the cart. Before confirming the payment, the shipping costs will be displayed, which vary based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

You can make a return for any reason within 15 days of receiving the order. You can return the product in exchange for a store credit or a refund directly to the original payment method.

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our return policy:

• The items must be returned with the warranty certificate 
• Returned items must not show any damage compared to their original condition.
