All national and international shipments are made via DHL courier.

The shipment of the goods generally takes place from 1 to 2 working days from the order placement. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

The delivery of the goods takes place

- in Italy from 1 to 2 working days from shipment.

- in Europe 3 to 5 working days.

- in the rest of the world from 5 to 10 working days.

You can make a return for any reason within 15 days from the receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher or a direct refund with the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Items must be returned with the warranty certificate 
• Returned items must not show any damage compared to the original conditions
