All national and international shipments are made via DHL courier.

The shipment of goods generally takes place 1 to 2 working days from placing the order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

The delivery of the goods takes place

- in Italy from 1 to 2 working days from shipment.

- in Europe 3 to 5 working days.

- in the rest of the world 5 to 10 working days.

To know the exact amount of transport costs to pay, simply place the products in the cart. Before confirming payment, shipping costs will be displayed which vary based on the weight of the packaging and the country of destination.

You can make a return for any reason within 15 days of receiving the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher or a direct refund  with the original payment method.

We ask that you take note of the following exceptions to our returns policy:

• Items must be returned with the warranty card 
• Returned items must have no damage of any kind compared to the original condition

• Description and date of receipt of item
• Invoicing information and shipping information of the item
• Refund method
