All national and international shipments are made by DHL courier.

The shipment of goods generally takes place from 1 to 2 working days from placing the order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

The delivery of the goods takes place

- in Italy from 1 to 2 working days from shipment.

- in Europe 3 to 5 working days.

- in the rest of the world from 5 to 10 working days.

You can make a return for any reason within 15 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a good shopping or a reimbursement direct with the original payment method.

We ask that you take note of the following exceptions to our return policy:

• Items must be returned with the guarantee certificate 
• Returned items must not show any damage of any kind with respect to their original condition

• Description and date of receipt of the item
• Billing information and shipping information for the item
• Refund procedure
