Manifesta XIII, Traits d'Union

The thirteenth edition of manifest takes place in Marseille in seven locations.

The traveling biennial finally comes to the actual exhibition entitled Traits d'Union and edited by Katerina Chucalina, Stefan Kalmar and Alya Sebti.

This year's theme isUnion researched through cooperation and solidarity and is developed through the narration of six iconic themes of sociality represented in as many symbolic places of the city.

The House al Grobet-Labadié Museum with the works of Martin Derain and Ken Okiishi, the refuge al Cantini Museum where the works of Lynn Marie Kirby and Hannah Black converse with teachers Max Ernst, Wifredo Lam, André Masson and Man Ray, l'hospital al Old Charity Center with Anna Boughiguian and Judith Scott, the harbor al Marseille History Museum with Yassine Balbzioui and Samia Henni, the park al Museum of Fine Arts e al Natural History Museum with Mohamed Bourouissa and Julien Creuzet.
