Anselmo Bucci (Fossombrone, May 25, 1887 - Monza, November 19, 1955) was an Italian painter, engraver and writer, one of the initiators of the twentieth century artistic movement in 1922 in Milan.

Born in Fossombrone (PU) on 25 May 1887. Second son of Achille Muzio and Sestilia Chiavarelli, brother of Giovanni, writer, he follows the family in the Veneto region, in Cittadella, where he completed his high school studies in Venice and began to devote himself to painting.

His brother Giovanni immediately sensed his artistic talent and supported him materially and spiritually in the less happy moments.

In 1905 he is in Lombardy, meets Boccioni and follows the courses of the Brera Academy in Milan, but he resides in Monza where he joins the group of artists who until 1909 gave life to the Coenobium.
